Vmware was great company until the broadcom acquisition, Always been my dream company to work at but since the acquisitions lots of layoffs are going on and situation is not that good. But still for someone who is not impacted it's a great company to work at.

Dislikes

Vmware being a mature company you can't expect a lot of development tasks if you are a junior engineer with around 1-4 years. I feel this as a negative point because in my previous company I was working on building a product from scratch so compared to that the learnings at vmware are less.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I had a long journey of a decade with VMware and VMware made it very smooth and enjoyable through its EPIC2 Values. I love VMWARE. Please come back.

Dislikes

I hardly remember the things which I didn't like about VMWARE. And if there was any that was internal
