Dislikes

Hire and fire culture, JD for which they hired you can be changed and organisation forcefully asks you to resign within 6 6 months of your joining. A lady with a fancy title Global communication manager gave this flimsy reason that our requirement was different. And interestingly Visteon are after your life to get you onboard when they shortlist you. They say, we are fast paced organisation. Will make you work on plans and strategies. After getting everything done, they shows you the door.
