Hire and fire culture, JD for which they hired you can be changed and organisation forcefully asks you to resign within 6 6 months of your joining. A lady with a fancy title Global communication manager gave this flimsy reason that our requirement was different. And interestingly Visteon are after your life to get you onboard when they shortlist you. They say, we are fast paced organisation. Will make you work on plans and strategies. After getting everything done, they shows you the door. Company is good for learning, if you are fresher then you will get to learn lot of things here, and you will be working on multiple projects at a same time so work load will sometimes be more, talking about salary you will get as per the market standard but internal increment is very less,

Dislikes

Visteon should focus on salary of existing employees rather than giving more package to employees which switch from other companies to visteon.
