Just a usual consulting firm with a different label.

Dislikes

It was a good company around lockdown. But now as they've started the micromanagement, many client forces the employees to work extra hours without any benefit and the extra efforts you put with the client will never be seen by your Globant manager.

no job security at all no hike from last 2 years once project ended they will put you on bench and then they will force you to resign Job security is zero they might fire you at any time saying don't have projects for your skill set If you are employee of globant then also have to give 2-3 client rounds which are very difficult to clear and if you fail they will force you to put resign Only those got project here those having friends in that project...Read More
