Dislikes

1. No appraisal at all, we waited for more than 2.5 years for an appraisal and received only a 4% hike, which amounts to 2% per year 2. Even if you perform well, you may not receive a salary increase 3. Variable pay is low, ranging from 40 - 60% 4. Lack of communication with the line manager, as your project manager and line manager may be different

There are no hikes since 2022 and there is to much micro management going on and add to that there is no up skill happening and have very less project with new technology
