We are looking for Lead HR for a leading mining & metals company based at Udaipur.
JOB DETAILS:
Location : Udaipur
Education : MBA HR
CTC : As per Industry Standard
Working Conditions : Regular, 5 days working( Alt Sat working)
Skills : Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical and Goal orientation, Excellent people management skills , Stakeholder Management
Candidates should be willing to adapt , to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work towards transforming the work culture of the organisation.
ROLE DEFINITION:
Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.
Desired Profile:
1. The person should have a good experience / overview of both IR & HR
2. Experience in the mining industry is desirable, though lack thereof will not be a disqualifier
3. The person must be a mature and seasoned professional, with strong people management skills
4. Will be required to provide a robust Structure to the Current HR dept
The primary responsibilities are as below, but is not limited to:
1. Designing and implementing Appraisal/ Evaluation/ Reward mechanisms for the organisation. We would like this Appraisal / Evaluation process to not just recognise proficiency in given tasks but also teamwork/ collaboration/ ownership of tasks/ initiatives for the overall improvement of the organisation
2. Implementing and designing KRAs for performance evaluation
3. Ensuring (along with the team) that Recruitment targets are met and vacancies filled both through internal and external recruitment at the plant, corporate office and field (marketing) office levels
4. Creating employee engagement
5. Designing HR policies to promote and encourage a culture of learning/ improvement amongst employees
6. Re-evaluating/ Re-designing HR systems in line with the above
7. Redesigning compensation structures based on job roles to reward high performers
8. Grooming future leaders through skill upgradation and leadership training
9. Overall responsibility of Admin functions within the company
