We are looking for a Lead - HR Ops (HRMS, Payroll, HR Ops)
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Head Office, Bhopal
Reports to: Head HR Ops
Education : Graduate / MBA or equivalent in HR, Finance, or a related field.
CTC : Standard Industry Hike
Department : HR
Nature of the Role : Team Management
Exp : 10 + yrs
Working Conditions : Regular ( Odd Saturdays of Month are off - 1,3 &5 )
Employee Strength : Approx 10,000 people+
Job Brief:
To lead the enhancement of existing HR processes and automation initiatives, focusing on seamless integration and optimization of systems such as payroll, talent acquisition (TA), travel management, and policy & benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and enhance the functionality of the existing HRMS (HONO), ensuring stability and data integrity.
2. Automate and optimize HR processes like talent acquisition (TA), travel management, and policy benefits administration to improve operational efficiency.
3. Oversee payroll operations to ensure faceless, single-click processing with automated integration of leave, attendance, and miscellaneous payments or deductions from the HRMS and Finance Systems.
4. Eliminate manual interventions in payroll workflows through process redesign and system enhancements.
5. Continuously improve employee-facing HR processes by simplifying interfaces and enhancing self-service functionalities in the HRMS and business systems.
6. Collaborate with HRMS vendor and internal functions (IT, Sales & Finance) to drive enhancements and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.
7. Monitor vendor performance and negotiate SLAs & deliverables to align with organizational goals.
8. Manage HR Ops delivery as Shared Service and ensure compliance with statutory and policy requirements through automated checks and reporting mechanisms.
Skills:
- Experience in managing and enhancing HRMS platforms such as HONO, SAP HCM, or similar systems.
- Strong ability to design and implement automated workflows for TA, travel management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Skilled in managing external implementation partners and driving efficient outcomes.
- Expertise in simplifying HR processes and enhancing system usability for end-users.
- Experience in working with large organizations (10000+ employees) and implementing HR best practices.
- Ability to address technical and operational issues and provide innovative automation solutions.
