About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our agency.
This position requires a seasoned HR professional with experience in the advertising industry who can drive strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, build talent pipelines, and improve organizational agility and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality job candidates.
- Ensure timely hiring for critical roles, aligning with business needs.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
Learning & Development:
- Design and manage training and development pathways to upskill employees and foster continuous learning.
- Implement leadership development programs and initiatives to identify and nurture future leaders.
Employee Engagement & Productivity:
- Create and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement.
- Monitor and enhance workplace culture, ensuring alignment with the agency's values and goals.
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and agility.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Experience in managing and delivering training programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and improve organizational agility
