Job description:
- The Senior Manager / AGM - Human Resources will lead a team of HR professionals to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of our philosophy. The incumbent will be responsible to lead, develop and execute the Learning and Development strategies for the Organization.
- This includes collaborating with business leaders, understanding business strategies and steer the Human Resources team in accomplishing business expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to optimize workforce planning.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, employee retention and total rewards program.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies, succession planning, employee engagement program.
- The role will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with our business goals and enhance employee capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- Interact with senior leadership to inform strategy development and provide input into long-term business planning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders & business leaders.
- Oversee the design and implementation of HR programs including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop HR initiatives that supports business objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance programs & initiatives.
Change Management, Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Lead, Mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment and support in HR strategy implementation.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and metrics and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Manage and allocate the learning and development budget efficiently, ensuring cost- effective delivery of training programs without compromising quality.
- Leadership: Strong ability to establish credibility with business executives, delivering strategic solutions that align with business needs.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and inspiring at all levels of the organization.
- Innovation: Ability to introduce and implement innovative HR solutions that enhance associate development and performance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
