Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of media buying and planning to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, cost efficiency, and maximum ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into media strategies.
Business Development:
- Drive the organization's growth by identifying, initiating, and nurturing strategic media partnerships.
- Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through research, relationship-building, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement strategies that align with the company's long-term vision.
Client Collaboration and Relationship Management:
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Provide tailored media solutions that deliver measurable results and foster long-term client satisfaction.
- Present campaign insights and performance data to clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing media team to achieve excellence and foster innovation.
- Establish clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Experience and Expertise:
- 10-15 years of experience in media buying, planning, or operations, with demonstrated success in strategic leadership roles.
- Proven ability to design and execute media strategies that drive business growth and ROI.
- Strong track record in securing and managing strategic media partnerships and new business ventures.
Leadership and Communication:
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to media strategies.

Education:
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
