Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Strategy Leader to drive forward-thinking, value-oriented initiatives for our agency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in strategic roles within advertising or digital marketing agencies, and will focus on cultivating a high-performance culture, fostering employee development, and enhancing organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality job candidates.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement tailored learning and development programs.
- Support employees in upskilling and achieving their career aspirations.
- Leverage modern tools and methodologies to deliver impactful training initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Productivity:
- Create and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Design frameworks to measure and enhance productivity across teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor for leadership and employees to resolve challenges and foster a positive workplace environment.
Organizational Development:
- Lead programs that enhance organizational agility, resilience, and adaptability.
- Drive culture-building activities to align employees with the agency's vision and values.
- Partner with leadership to implement policies that future-proof the agency.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within advertising or digital marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, training frameworks, and employee engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and improve agility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results
