- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Head with over 10 years preferably in retail sector.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent acquisition efforts, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- This role demands a proactive leader who can manage end-to-end HR functions, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, including those specific to retail stores and the head office.
- Provide insights into workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to ensure business continuity.
- Talent Acquisition, Retention & Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for store staff, managers, and regional teams, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Implement strategies for high-volume hiring to meet retail outlet staffing needs.
- Develop retention initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Drive performance improvement plans and facilitate training programs to enhance productivity.
- Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for resolving employee grievances and disputes.
