Regional Head - ESH (14-20 yrs)

We are looking for a ESH Head (Regional) for our client with pan India presence based at Hyderabad

Telugu Language Proficiency is mandate.

Location : Hyderabad

Grade : SM

Function Name : Environment, Safety and Health

Division/ Dept :Technology

Reports to : Circle CEO

Work Timings : 9AM-6 PM, 5 days , however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 14+ yrs

Education : A graduate Engineer with an additional qualification in the field of ESH is mandate

Other Dimensions :Knowledge on Risk management tools and ESH management systems (OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001) required . Monitor ESH projects

Job Purpose

Drive sustainable ESH Culture to minimize human & Environment loss

Principal Purpose of the Job

1. Deliver Training Programmes in Region (Internal and External) & follow up for the cascading of the same down the line.

2. Conduct Incident Investigations to find out Root causes and suggest Suitable Counter Measure to avoid the Reoccurrence of Incidents

3. Conduct Incident Site Visits, Interviews of the relative Persons/analyze the evidences to find out the Root Cause of the Incident.

4. Drive ESH Culture in the Organization through Awareness Programs. Communicate Safety Alerts on various topics related to Industry and day to day life to create awareness and drive ESH culture.

5. Conduct Region ESH Reviews (including Partners). Manage ESH Action Compliance (Visit Region/ Partners/Vendor Office, Visit Cell Sites, Conduct Employee/Partners Interviews).

6. ESH Governance Conduct monthly ESH committee meeting and maintain its record for action compliance.
