Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help drive our expansion into the U. K. market. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for sales, client engagement, and creating growth opportunities. Your Role and Responsibilities
  • As a Business Development Executive (U. K. Market) , your responsibilities will include:

    1. Market Research and Analysis

      • Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets, target clients, and industry trends in the U. K. market.
      • Analyze competitors and understand customer needs to create actionable business strategies.
    2. Client Acquisition

      • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to pitch Web Neural Infotech's services and solutions.
      • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and industry events.
      • Build a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
    3. Relationship Management

      • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
      • Serve as a point of contact to resolve client queries and provide excellent post-sales support.
    4. Proposal and Presentation

      • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
      • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the solutions align with client needs and expectations.
    5. Reporting and Feedback

      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and progress in CRM software.
      • Provide weekly reports to the management team, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
    6. Brand Representation

      • Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build the brand s visibility in the U. K. market.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • The ability to work independently and take initiative to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Basic knowledge of the U. K. market, its business culture, and client acquisition techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software (training will be provided for freshers).
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Open to freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts to accommodate U. K. business hours
