Job Description

Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager (Singapore) , your responsibilities include:

  1. Market Research and Strategy Development

    • Conduct research to identify opportunities and challenges in the Singapore market.
    • Develop and execute a market-specific business development strategy to meet revenue goals.
  2. Client Acquisition and Management

    • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company s customer base in Singapore.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Prepare and present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  3. Collaboration with Internal Teams

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Web Neural Infotech s solutions.
    • Ensure timely and quality delivery of services to clients.
  4. Networking and Brand Building

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility in Singapore.
    • Leverage existing professional networks to generate leads and opportunities.
  5. Reporting and Feedback

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape is a plus.
  • Freshers with the ability to learn quickly and an eagerness to succeed are welcome to apply.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets (experience in the Singapore market is an advantage).
  • Flexibility to work in time zones aligned with the Singapore market.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
