Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand Web Neural Infotech's footprint in the U. S. market. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and effectively collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, experienced in U. S. market dynamics, and skilled at closing deals to achieve organizational goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to secure new clients and partnerships in the U. S. market.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Lead client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services and solutions with client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular updates on market trends, client feedback, and sales progress to senior management.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the U. S. market and client acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years focused on the U. S. market.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
    • Flexibility to work during U. S. time zones for effective client engagement.
