Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Consultant to expand Web Neural Infotech's presence in the New Zealand market. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, forging strong client partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local business landscape, and a passion for driving growth. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Consultant (New Zealand) , your responsibilities will include:

  1. Market Research and Strategy Development

    • Conduct detailed research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients in New Zealand.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the New Zealand market.
  2. Client Acquisition and Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and networking opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to secure partnerships and close deals.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with company objectives and client expectations.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns targeted at the New Zealand audience.
  4. Brand Representation

    • Represent Web Neural Infotech at business events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
    • Actively participate in building a professional network within the region.
  5. Reporting and Optimization

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
    • Provide regular updates to management, including performance metrics, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with New Zealand s business landscape is an advantage.
  • Freshers with a proactive approach and willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in competitive environments (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to align with New Zealand s business time zones.
