Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand the company's client base and increase revenue. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and innovative company in the IT industry.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
  6. Track and analyze sales and business development activities, preparing reports for management on a regular basis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  5. Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
