Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Specialist to expand Web Neural Infotech's presence in the Canadian market. This role involves identifying high-value opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, a deep understanding of the Canadian market, and a proven ability to close deals. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company while leading initiatives in a competitive and dynamic international market.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Business Development Specialist (Canada) , your key responsibilities include:

    1. Strategic Market Development

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
      • Identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped opportunities to drive growth.
      • Build a robust sales pipeline that aligns with company goals and revenue targets.
    2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building

      • Identify and engage with high-potential clients and partners across various industries.
      • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
      • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
    3. Collaboration and Coordination

      • Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
      • Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for the Canadian market.
    4. Brand Representation and Networking

      • Represent Web Neural Infotech at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and visibility.
      • Actively participate in networking activities to build a strong professional network in Canada.
    5. Reporting and Analytics

      • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.
      • Provide strategic insights to senior management to optimize business development efforts.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the technology or IT services sector .
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian market and its business landscape.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and generate reports.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years focusing on the Canadian market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate Canadian business time zones.
