Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS offerings through strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in business development, SaaS solutions, and relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with potential business partners, driving revenue growth, and contributing to our long-term strategic goals. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and maximize growth opportunities.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive growth and revenue for our SaaS products.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and engage with potential strategic partners, including channel partners, resellers, and technology partners, to create mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and deal structuring with partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitable outcomes.
  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and product integrations, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities that enhance our SaaS product portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to align partnership activities with business objectives and ensure timely execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring that goals are met and targets are exceeded.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and partnership alignment.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • SaaS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, products, and customer lifecycle.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and closing deals with both small and large-scale partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends, turning insights into actionable partnership strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage partner pipelines, track deals, and report on performance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and work proactively to find creative solutions.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent higher education is a plus.
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or SaaS growth roles, with a proven track record of driving successful partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is preferred. Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Location: Flexible, with occasional travel required for partner meetings and industry events.
