Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize travel advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry and hands-on experience in creating, executing, and analyzing paid media strategies, specifically for the travel sector. This role requires proficiency in driving paid media campaigns, analyzing data to maximize performance, and staying updated with the latest trends in digital advertising.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
Design and implement paid media strategies for travel-related campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Paid Media Management
Oversee day-to-day management of paid search, display, social, and remarketing campaigns with a focus on driving high-quality leads and ROI for travel brands.
Optimization and Performance Analysis
Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting, and ad creatives to improve the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
Reporting and Analytics
Provide detailed, data-driven reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Present insights and recommendations to internal teams or clients.
A/B Testing and Creative Management
Conduct regular A/B tests to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates and achieve campaign objectives.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, aligning with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
Budget Management
Allocate and optimize campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI across all paid media channels.
Market Research
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, competitor activities, and paid media developments to implement innovative strategies.
Paid Media Expertise
Solid understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display advertising. Experience in travel-specific platforms is a plus.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Bid Management Tools
Familiarity with bid management platforms like Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools.
SEO and SEM Knowledge
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and how they intersect with paid media strategies for effective optimization.
Creative and Copywriting Skills
Ability to craft compelling ad copy that resonates with travel audiences and drives conversions. Basic graphic design skills are an advantage.
Project Management Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Customer Focus
Ability to understand customer behavior and tailor campaigns to meet the specific needs and preferences of the target audience in the travel industry.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns, particularly in the travel sector or similar industries.
Certifications
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications or similar industry-recognized qualifications are highly preferred.
