We are seeking a PMS Business Development Manager to drive the growth and market penetration of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) products.
This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, enhancing product visibility, and providing expert support to internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will bring innovative strategies to expand PMS reach and ensure seamless service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Increase the market share and penetration of PMS products within assigned geographies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to enhance product adoption and sales.
- Reactivate dormant channels to boost sales performance.
- Enhance the visibility of PMS products through strategic engagement with distributors.
- Conduct PMS product training sessions for internal teams and distributors.
- Develop innovative strategies to improve PMS sales and market penetration.
- Address and resolve PMS-related queries and service issues for existing products.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services sector, preferably with PMS or AMC products.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and motivate distributors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinking with a creative approach to solving challenges and driving sales.
- Good knowledge of PMS products and the financial market landscape.
- Ability to handle service issues and provide client-centric solutions
