We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wealth Manager to join our prestigious Private Banking team.
The role is responsible for developing new and expanding existing High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) customer relationships, specifically focusing on liabilities.
You will play a key role in acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Development:
- Develop and nurture relationships with UHNI customers, expanding the bank's footprint in the high-net-worth sector.
- Source new customers through external individual efforts, acquisition channels, and professional networks.
- Ensure consistent and proactive engagement to retain and grow existing client relationships.
Sales & Product Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to the existing customer base, including investment solutions, loans, and other private banking services.
- Inform customers of new products, enhancements, and market offerings to increase product penetration and client satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain high levels of customer service orientation, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions and exceptional banking experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized wealth management services.
Special Sales Initiatives & Events:
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives, seminars, and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with other teams and group companies to offer comprehensive solutions to clients, including investment advice, portfolio management, and trust services.
Coordination & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update detailed records for assigned customer accounts, including financial goals, transaction history, and other pertinent information.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery across various product lines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, specifically focused on HNWI/UHNI clients.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management in a banking or financial services environment.
Core Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, including investment solutions, insurance, loans, and wealth management services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to offer bespoke financial solutions based on the client's financial needs and goals.
Certifications & Education:
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Additional qualifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar certifications in wealth management would be an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive approach to building long-term relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
