About the Job:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the company.
- You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the company's market presence, identify strategic partnerships, and increase revenue through innovative solutions and market expansion strategies.
New Business Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide strategic advice to help clients achieve their goals.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Create detailed sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals and secure new business.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that proposals, pricing, and contracts align with company capabilities and client expectations.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, industry insights, and opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor competitors' activities and offerings to identify potential areas for differentiation and business advantage.
- Develop and update the company's sales playbook based on insights and lessons learned from the market.
