Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, retaining existing clients, and expanding service offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to target new verticals or geographical markets.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within prospective organizations.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Actively pursue new business leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Present the company's products and services to potential clients, aligning them with their business needs.
- Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business strategies and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Oversee the execution of strategic business initiatives to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify emerging market needs and develop solutions to meet those demands.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve the company's offerings and customer service.
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure targets are met or exceeded within given time frames.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and business growth strategies for management review.
- Monitor industry trends to forecast market developments and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts and drive the successful launch of new business initiatives.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing strategies, contractual terms, and financial projections for clients.
Networking & Brand Promotion:
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote its brand.
- Develop and maintain a network of key industry contacts to generate leads and establish strategic partnerships.
- Advocate for the company's vision, values, and mission in every client interaction and industry-related event.
