Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for delivery of training to the distributors and stakeholders, Training (AMFI and domain) for agents and RMs across the assigned zone.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and implementing training mechanisms for the distributors & channel partners.
- Responsible for Delivery of Training programs across various locations in the assigned region for the channel partners
- Planning and implementing interventions to strengthen alignment of organizational objectives and training delivery.
- Develop training material and modules.
