Regional Training Manager - North

Based Location - Delhi

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and accuracy in training processes, with a focus on mortgage, Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and MSME products.
• Design and develop training content, aligning with industry best practices for HL, LAP, and MSME, while incorporating regulatory and compliance standards.
• Define metrics and create comprehensive dashboards to measure training impact, enabling data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed training data to track agent progress, utilizing training MIS, calendars, and performance dashboards.
• Conduct regular reviews of product training content, covering essential skills such as customer service, listening, de-escalation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement SOPs, training frameworks, and actionable frameworks to support process improvements in mortgage and lending verticals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals and business needs.
• Oversee and budget training costs, ensuring optimal allocation of resource
• appraising credit proposals for MSME, LAP, HL, and Business Loans, including secured and unsecured portfolios, with a focus on detailed risk analysis, document scrutiny, and client interviews to ensure compliance with organizational credit policies within defined TAT.
• Developed comprehensive product and process policies for LAP and Business Loans, standardizing credit guidelines and operational procedures across the organization.
• Skilled in delinquency control and minimizing credit loss through proactive monitoring, account reviews, and ensuring adherence to risk management practices.
• Created comprehensive product processes and operations policies for LAP, HL, and Business Loans (BL), covering both secured and unsecured portfolios.
