Role & responsibilities

Role is to create and implement successful marketing and communication programs with hands on ability to translate marketing ideas

Key Accountabilities

1. Ideating, Creating & executing marketing communication plans for the Region

2. Conceptualizing various promotional and branding activities across channel

3. Selecting right promotional mix to ensure high visibility of the brand, campaign support

4. Plan, execute and track BTL activities ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance

with brand guidelines

5. Creating innovative events to create brand awareness, top of the mind brand recall

6. Ensuring ground visibility/ content/communication is in accordance to compliance

7. Ensuring availability of all sales enablers and inventory to Sales team for all local events

8. Liaison with sales and admin team to ensure smooth execution of activities across the Region

9. Analyzing ROI of various marketing initiatives for the region and customize as per local needs
