Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
- Work closely with leadership to align goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to adjust business strategies, improve sales processes, and optimize growth opportunities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing various sales tools and CRM platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and high retention rates by providing valuable solutions and exceptional service.
Negotiation & Sales:
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and secure new business contracts.
- Create customized proposals, pricing structures, and presentations that align with client needs and company offerings.
Partnership Development:
- Identify potential business partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the company's reach, enhance service offerings, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create business solutions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that marketing and product offerings align with client needs and business development goals.
- Provide valuable market feedback to help shape product development and sales strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track and report on business development progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and adjust strategies to ensure growth targets are met.
Brand Representation & Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential clients.
- Establish a strong professional network to support business development initiatives.
Sales Enablement:
- Provide insights and support to the sales team to help them close deals more effectively.
- Assist with training and developing sales materials that support the business development process
