Job Description

Will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the designated category: PnL, Cost optimization, Roadmap and Strategy to drive growth of the category on online marketplaces.
Build Go-To-Market (GTM) for a given category, Execute the GTM and drive key performance indicators
Working with internal and external stakeholders and functions on multiple projects
Own the problem statement, work with cross-functional teams (product, finance, tech etc) to drive solutions
Conducting primary and secondary market research to understand the customer preference and identify the gap in the market and launch new products at right price to capture this gap.
Understand and suggest improvement in the ongoing process of new product launch from production to making the product live on website. Also, track the post launch metrics of the product.
Be open to trying any function, from hiring to customer interviews to analytics to shop floor optimization
Launching and Listing products on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc and Wakefit website within timelines. Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions.
Ensure that the category contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information. Coordinate with external/internal teams for catalogue shoots or image rendering.
Develop relationships with e-commerce portal POCs.Coordinate with various internal teams like Sourcing, e-commerce, content, Marketing, Warehouse, planning teams to meet launch timelines.
Ensure that ongoing offers / promotions etc are accurately reflected on online marketplaces.
Track NPS and KPIs of products to ensure visibility and sales. Identify opportunities and trends in market and highlight them internally. Managing multiple product categories.
Working on the costing of products by benchmarking the top competitors in the respective product segment and developing strategies to optimize the direct/hidden costs.
Warehouse Management during sales period to ensure on time dispatches and proper inventory management.

Qualifications/ Skillset:

Entrepreneurship will be considered.
Have Entrepreneur spirit, consumer backed and structured thinking
Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders
Extremely high level of ownership.
Bias for action and hunger for getting things done within deadlines
