Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers within a specific geographical area. You will actively prospect new clients, manage existing accounts, and ensure sales targets are met through effective strategies, excellent customer service, and in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals within the assigned sales territory.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Deliver high-impact sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and value of the companys products/services.
    • Actively engage with customers to generate and qualify leads, converting them into loyal clients.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
    • Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify additional sales opportunities.
    • Offer support and product expertise to clients, helping them achieve the best results from using the company's products/services.
  3. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding sales performance and market trends.
  4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Close sales effectively and efficiently, following company protocols to secure contracts and agreements.
  5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new market developments.
    • Conduct regular competitor analysis and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.
  6. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products/services to effectively present and demonstrate their value to clients.
    • Participate in product training sessions and stay up to date with product updates, new features, and benefits.
  7. Customer Support:
    • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
    • Assist customers with product-related queries, troubleshooting, or installation support.
  8. Territory and Travel Management:
    • Manage and expand the sales territory by visiting clients, attending trade shows, and conducting site visits.
    • Plan and organize travel schedules to ensure efficient coverage of the assigned region.
  9. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar sales role.
    • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
    • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Education:
    • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable with frequent travel and client visits.
