About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial B2B Field Sales Executive to expand our business in the auto metal component manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive in generating leads, conducting trials, and building strong customer relationships to drive monthly sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Identify and approach auto metal component manufacturers in the assigned areas.
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend suitable products.

✅ Field Visits & Product Trials:

• Conduct on-site visits to client facilities for technical discussions and product demonstrations.
• Oversee product trials at customer locations to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide technical guidance on our industrial degreasing & cleaning chemicals.

✅ Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.

✅ Sales & Order Generation:

• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure repeat orders from existing clients.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years in B2B industrial sales (experience in selling to auto component manufacturers preferred).
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Compensation: Mobile cellular charges and petrol charges are provided by the company.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
