Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Internship Trainee, you will be assigned to one of the following profiles, based on your interests and skills:


1. Marketing Intern:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Social media management and content creation.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support in campaign planning and execution

2. Human Resources Intern:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.
  • Participate in performance management processes.

3. Finance Intern:

  • Support the finance team in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Help in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • - Work on financial modeling and forecasting projects.

4. Sales & Business Development Intern:

  • Support in lead generation and client outreach.
  • Assist with preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Help in tracking sales performance and customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

5. Role & Responsibilities for Commercial Department Internship:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Support in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Help with preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations for clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases and commercial documents.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, costs, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Analyse financial data and prepare basic reports for the commercial team.

7. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Department:

  • Manage customer data and insights.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues.
  • Track and analyze CRM metrics to optimize customer engagement.

8. IT (Information Technology) Department:

  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and maintain software and hardware solutions.
  • Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

9. R&D (Research and Development) Department:

  • Conduct research to innovate and improve products/services.
  • Develop new products and technologies.
  • Test prototypes and new designs for viability and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments for product improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide development.

10. Design Department:

  • Create visual concepts and designs for products, marketing materials, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
  • Ensure designs align with the companys overall aesthetic and goals.
  • Review and iterate designs based on feedback.

11.Brand Advocacy Department:

  • Promote and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to build brand loyalty.
  • Organize events, campaigns, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to brand sentiment on social media and other platforms.
  • Act as the voice of the brand internally and externally.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Masters degree in [relevant field].

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge in the respective field (Marketing, Software Development, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.


Duration: The internship will last for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.


Stipend: Unpaid
