Internship Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in data entry, data analysis, and preparing reports using Excel spreadsheets.
• Support team members in managing and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform research tasks and summarize findings to present to senior team members.
• Draft and proofread internal and external communications such as emails, memos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share information.
• Organize and maintain files and documents related to projects.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in creating reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the department when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, V Lookup , and data analysis tools.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree .

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with project management tools.
