HR Junior Executive

Introduction of Company: GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (P) Ltd., an ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating facilities.

Job Purpose:
To look after HR activities (Payroll & Statutory).

Responsibilities:

• Counting Coupons, Recording the coupons count in the register
• Ordering Gust Lunch, Taking care of gusts & Interview persons.
• Maintenance of attendance registers
• Updating OD, Leave, Gate Pass in the concern register
• Updating the master List of New Joinees, Maintaining the employee Files.
• Managing biometric machine (Enrolling, Deleting etc..)
• Updating Daily manpower report
• Opening Bank account for the new joining
• Monitoring Hospitality arrangements (Cofee, Tea, Biscuits, Snacks etc..)
• Issuing Duty cards to the workers.
• Preparation of Leave registers of employees.
• Maintaining of Employees personnel data.

Requisite Skills:

• Communication Skills.
• Knowledge on Biometric machine

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge on Biometric
• Time office management.

Education:any degree

Relevant Experience:0 - 2 Years
