Accounts Payable Executive

Job Title: Senior Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to

manage day to day revenue accounting, Monthly and quarter closer group timelines. The

ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable

(AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue accounting:

• Ensure accurate and timely sales, accounting of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in

accordance with group reporting deadlines.

• Prepare and analyse P&L statements,

2. Accounts Management:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP and AR processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory

requirements.

3. Reconciliations:

• Conduct timely and accurate vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a corporate or group

structure.

• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
