Job Description

Creation of vendors, employees in oracle software as well as in Eambrace software with the help of documentation GST certificate, Pan Card, LDC, Bank Details, MSME Certificate
Update vendor item master information in Eambrace, supporting seamless business operations.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations on Oracle, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance and timely reporting.
Manage day-to-day operations of employee reimbursements and vendor invoices processing in Eambrace, adhering to organizational policies and deadlines.
Manage employee validation and payments using Oracle software
Manage vendor validation in Oracle software by checking accounting combination (Account Code, Cost Code, Department Code), GST Number, HSN Code, LOS-POS, TDS Section and rate as per the nature of service
Manage vendor payout with the help of Oracle and bank portal.
Conduct regular reviews of monthly expenses and passing provision to maintain accurate financial forecasting.
Able to process Commission/IDRE payouts on the first working day
Validation of Commission invoices with the help of Quick Sight by checking bank details, TDS amount, LOS-POS, GST Number.
Resolve queries and provided support to business users regarding commission payouts, ensuring clarity and timely issue resolution.
Handled negative commission scenarios, analyzing discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial integrity.
Deliver critical financial schedules ensuring regulatory compliance. – Sundry creditors, Fixed asset, Prepaid Expenses, Advance Commission
fixed assets creation and data entry in Oracle, maintain accurate records for depreciation and financial tracking
Monthly depreciation runs in Oracle, maintaining up-to-date fixed assets record and supports financial reporting.
Process and track monthly corporate credit card payments maintaining proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures.
Actively participate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure
