IT Recruitment Specialist- Core IT Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, hiring criteria, and timelines.
• Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to identify top IT talent.
• Conduct technical screening of candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Work with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends and technologies to identify high-potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics.
