Job Title : IT Recruiter
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing top talent for a variety of IT positions. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and Screening
* Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
* Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
* Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Process:
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the recruitment process efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion of all steps.
* Track key recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Employer Branding:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
* Represent the company positively at job fairs and other recruitment events.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
* Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
Working days :6
Working hours : 9.30am to 6pm
