Work Mode: 5 Days work from office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.

Job Description

• Understanding of IT roles, technologies and terminology, job specifications and core skills required for positions.
• Sources candidates from job boards, databases, social media and proactively attract talent to openings.
• Prescreens applicants and coordinates interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their open positions and expedite a recruitment strategy.
• Planning, strategizing, and executing recruitment activities effectively.
• Focusing on quantitative and qualitative recruitment metrics to achieve set goals.
• understanding for complete recruitment life cycle. Should be able to assess the risks in the process and manage the life cycle.

Experience Level: Minimum 2 years experience in IT recruitment.

(We do not have work from home option), Individual need to work from our Nanakramguda office.
