Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and technical skills required for positions.
• Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical abilities, cultural fit, and experience.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to make final hiring decisions, extend offers, and negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the tech industry to better understand the skills and talent required.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for candidates from IT/ITes Industry, RPO, Consulting firms preferably

Location : Andheri (Near Airport Road Metro station)

On site role - Monday to Friday working
