Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in BPO operations with at least 5 years in a

leadership role managing teams of 100+.

• Leadership: Proven experience in managing large teams, including hiring, training,

and performance management.

• Client Management: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to maintain and grow

relationships.

• Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of BPO operations, including service

delivery, SLA management, and performance optimization.

• Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management experience, with a focus on driving

profitability and cost efficiencies.

• Process Improvement: Expertise in process management and business process

improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on both short-term

goals and long-term success.
