Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Sourcer to join our recruitment team in Mumbai. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong background in Boolean and X-Ray searches, social media sourcing, and headhunting, who is target-oriented and passionate about growing their career in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk lateral IT hiring and specialized knowledge in IT infrastructure hiring, including roles such as Network Security, DBA, Server Management, Operating Systems, Infrastructure Cloud, Cybersecurity, Middleware Administration, and Storage & Backup Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize Boolean, X-Ray, and social media search techniques to identify and attract top IT talent in various infrastructure domains.
• Headhunting & Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust network of IT professionals through proactive headhunting, referrals, and engaging passive candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment Support: Work closely with IT recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies for technical positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• IT Infrastructure Hiring: Focus on sourcing for specialized IT roles such as Network Security, DBA, Server and OS Administrators, Infrastructure Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Analysts, Middleware Administrators, and Storage & Backup Admins.
• Database Management: Maintain and update a talent database to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Social Media Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote job openings, connect with potential candidates, and establish a strong employer brand presence.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets by managing high volumes of candidates, ensuring quality hires within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in IT sourcing/recruitment (3 to 10 years) with a focus on lateral hiring for mid-to-senior-level roles.
• Expertise in Boolean & X-Ray searches and social media recruitment to identify top IT talent.
• Knowledge in IT Infrastructure hiring, covering areas like Network Security, DBAs, Servers, Operating Systems, Infra Cloud, Cybersecurity, Middleware Administration, and Storage & Backup.
• Proven track record of bulk hiring (2yrs to 16yrs Experience Candidates ) and managing high-volume recruitment needs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications in recruitment or specialized training in technical sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SourcePro, etc).Role & responsibilities
