The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for sales/servicing hiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements.
• Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. Provides feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems
• Ensuring 100% SLA and compliance related to recruitment.
• Managing appropriate source mix of hiring
• Excellent stakeholder management through regular interaction and hiring updates
• A typical day would include screening resumes / interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for final interviews
• Hands on experience in sourcing using different portals, networking and referral.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience into end to end recruitment.
• Preferably in a fast paced environment Experience in Banking/Fintech/e-commerce/Start-up will be highly preferred
• Ability to take ownership and manage hiring for multiple positions.
