Sales Leadership & Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and team-building activities.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Sales Execution:
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and invoicing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products and services.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in sales and/or sales management.
Skills:
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach
