Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth journey. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a proven track record of building strong client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and delivering measurable business success.
Job Timings:
- Flexible timings with partial overlap with U.S. Timezone.
Exprience and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ready to travel when required
What Youll Do:
Business Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to align business goals and ensure strategies are in place to meet objectives.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through targeted outreach and strategic networking.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop customized solutions based on clients' specific needs to drive repeat business.
Sales Process and Negotiation:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and meetings to proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Drive contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the alignment of business goals and smooth execution.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members and assist them in closing deals or reaching targets.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitors' strategies and adjust business development tactics accordingly.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in CRM tools.
- Regularly report progress, performance, and sales forecasts to senior management.
