Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the US market, with a focus on the e-commerce, retail, and travel industries.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Understand client needs and proactively identify solutions to their business challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identify key metrics, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the US IT staffing market.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on US IT staffing.
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify target markets, and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Strong understanding of business development principles, sales cycles, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate value propositions to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to clients in the e-commerce, retail, and travel industries.
- Experience with CRM systems (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations
