Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Location: Auro Orbit, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Near T-Hub).
Duration: Full Time.
Working Hours: 7PM IST 4AM IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
- Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and business development practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
