Job Overview:

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including online bidding platforms, marketplaces, social media, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the IT industry.
- Identify and track global tech events that could provide networking and business opportunities.
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Support the senior sales team in closing deals.
- Data Management: Efficiently pull, manage, and analyze bulk data or directories to support lead generation and market research efforts.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update CRM software with client interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline.
- Client Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and maintain a consistent flow of communication.
- Content Creation: Write compelling content for client emails, blogs, and social media posts to engage and attract potential clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MCA, M. Tech, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
