Job Title: Non-IT Sourcer
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata
Role & Responsibilities:
Sourcer :

• Identify Non- Technical candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques & through different job boards .
• Screening quality candidates for the given requirement .
• Develop talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs.
• Keeping abreast of new sourcing methods and tools
• Evaluating how well candidates fit the company's culture, values, and work environment.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

What we need ?

• Need 2-6 years of strong sourcing experience , should be able to build/source differently through multiple job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn etc .
• Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
