What you will do:
-Handling inbound inquiries of clients via calls, chat, and support tickets.
-Understanding the clients requirements and their needs.
-Preparing and sending quotations to the customers.
-Strong follow-up with clients via calls, chat, and support tickets.
-Aiming to achieve monthly, and quarterly targets.
-Organizing sales visits or online demos with the clients.
-Converting Leads to Deals.
-Cross-Sell and Upsell products/services to existing clients.
-Call clients for new requirements, company offers, etc.
-Generating sales leads and converting them to sales.
-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.


Requirements
-Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream.
-0-6 monthswork experience in Sales.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent Customer service skills
-Proficient in working with Computers and MS Office
-Should be a Proactive communicator.
